How to use the A1Ai Digital Workspace instructions guide with your AI

What this file is
The instructions guide is product knowledge for A1Ai Digital Workspace (the desktop app, modules, WordPress connector, email verification, CRM, updates, and troubleshooting). When your AI has it in context, it should follow the facts in the guide instead of guessing.

What you do (short checklist)

1. Get the file
   Download instructions-guide.md from your license area, onboarding email, or the link A1Ai Digital gives you (same document version as your app when possible).
2. Open your AI tool
   Use an assistant that supports projects, custom instructions, or uploaded knowledge (for example Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude).
3. Create a project (or equivalent)
   Create a dedicated project / workspace for A1Ai Digital Workspace so this stays separate from unrelated chats.
4. Add the guide as knowledge
   • Upload the .md file to the project, or
   • Paste the full guide into the project’s instructions / project knowledge / system area—whichever your tool uses for “always-on” context.
5. Optional: keep it in your repo
   If you use a code or docs folder, place instructions-guide.md in something like docs/a1ai/ so you can re-upload or sync when the file is updated.
6. Start chatting
   Ask setup and install questions in that same project so the AI still sees the guide. Work in order: install the app → first-run (API key, WordPress URL + token, modules) → then deeper features (Email Verifier, SuiteCRM, HubSpot, etc.) as needed.

First prompts that work well (copy and adapt)

Use one clear block so the AI knows you want install + verify steps from the guide:

• “I have the A1Ai Digital Workspace instructions guide in this project. I’m on Windows. Walk me through installing the app from my installer, then the first-run checklist: Anthropic API key, WordPress site URL and Workspace API token, and opening Modules. Use only what’s in the guide; if something isn’t there, say so.”
• “I pasted the instructions guide. I need a step-by-step to connect WordPress: site URL, where to get the Bearer/API token in the plugin, and what to do if REST returns 401/403.”
• “Using the guide, help me set up Email Verifier: Million Verifier API key, then SuiteCRM (OAuth fields) or HubSpot (private app token)—pick the path I say I’m using.”

Tip
Name your first message with your OS, rough goal (e.g. “install + WordPress only”), and any error text (no secrets—no full API keys or tokens in the chat). That gets useful answers faster.
