A1Ai Digital Workspace helps users manage business workflows, communications, files, spreadsheets, calendars, and related productivity tasks through connected Google services.

2) Information We Access and How We Use It

Our application uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request access only to the data needed to provide enabled features.

We may request the following Google API scopes:

• Gmail (Restricted Scopes):

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send
    Used to read, organize, and send emails on your behalf within workspace workflows you initiate.

    Used to access files you select and create/manage files needed for workspace operations.

• Google Sheets:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
    Used to read/update spreadsheet data for reports, automations, and productivity workflows.

• Google Calendar (Sensitive Scopes):

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
    Used to create, read, and manage calendar events related to your tasks and schedules.

• Other connected Google services (where enabled):
  Analytics, Search Console, and Keep data may be accessed only to display insights, metrics, or notes inside your workspace environment.

We do not access data unrelated to the features you use.

3) Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

A1Ai Digital Workspace’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
• We only allow human access to Google user data when:
  • you provide affirmative consent (for example, support troubleshooting),
  • it is necessary for security purposes (such as abuse/fraud investigation), or
  • required by applicable law.

4) Data Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

• with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations,

• to protect rights, security, and integrity of A1Ai Digital, our users, or the public.

Data processed by A1Ai Digital Workspace is stored in your configured workspace environment (including your WordPress/server setup and connected infrastructure) and protected using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

We implement security controls designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.

6) Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

You may revoke Google API access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
Upon verified deletion request or account deactivation, we will delete applicable stored user data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7) Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• disconnect Google integrations at any time,
• request access to or deletion of your stored data,
• contact us for privacy-related questions or requests.

8) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
