Here is a quick tour of what each one does and why it matters.

Fieldy: turn every meeting into knowledge and follow-ups

Fieldy is an AI note-taker that records your conversations and produces clean transcripts, speaker profiles, and action items. Once you connect it, the Workspace checks for new Fieldy conversations roughly every ten minutes and puts them to work automatically.

First and foremost, every new conversation is fed into the Workspace knowledge graph, so Jack, your AI assistant, can read what was said and answer with that context later. From there, a few follow-up actions are optional and firmly under your control:

  • Meeting notes can be written into your CRM, but only with your explicit consent and only when the contact name matches exactly. It never auto-creates contacts for you.
  • Follow-up tasks can be created in ClickUp, so action items do not evaporate the moment the call ends.
  • From the inspector you can also run manual actions on demand: add to CRM, add the full transcript to CRM, add to ClickUp, or send a follow-up email.

Setup is light. You paste in a Fieldy API key from your Fieldy account under Integrations, flip the CRM-write consent toggle if you want notes flowing into contacts, and optionally add a ClickUp list ID for tasks. That is it — your meetings start feeding your business memory on their own.

Mailgun: bulk email that actually lands

Mailgun powers serious outbound and bulk email inside the Workspace, with the deliverability tooling that email at volume really needs. Connect it with your Mailgun API key and you get multi-account sending across US and EU regions, reusable templates, and opt-out and compliance handling built in.

Two features stand out. The first is email warm-up: the Workspace budgets and schedules your sending so a new domain builds its reputation gradually instead of getting flagged for blasting on day one. The second is tracking — a rolling buffer of up to 25,000 events records opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints, with per-campaign metrics so you can see what is working.

There is also sending-domain provisioning that handles the part everyone dreads. The Workspace creates your domain in Mailgun and writes the DKIM, SPF, and CNAME records for you, then keeps polling until the domain is verified, so there is no wrestling with DNS by hand.

A unified inbox with AI smart replies

The third connection brings your email itself into the Workspace as a unified, multi-account inbox. Gmail connects through Google Workspace OAuth, and any other mailbox connects through per-account IMAP and SMTP, so you can run all of your addresses side by side.

Under the hood you get IMAP and Gmail polling, folder sync, and engagement tracking, plus custom TLS support for self-signed hosts and reusable email templates. The headline feature is AI smart replies: the assistant drafts responses for you, grounded in your Workspace knowledge, so you can clear a full inbox in a fraction of the usual time while keeping the final say on every message.

Switch them on, or let us do it

Each of these connections is designed to be turned on without a developer, and each one feeds the same shared brain that makes the Workspace useful — your meetings, your outbound, and your replies all drawing on the same knowledge. Enable the ones you need today and add the rest whenever you like.

If you would rather not touch the settings at all, that is fine too. Our team can wire these up for you as part of our done-for-you services, so the connections are live and tuned before you ever log in.

The A1Ai Ecosystem: From Free Chatbot to Full Marketing Engine https://a1aidigital.com/a1-ecosystem-free-to-full/ Sun, 12 Jul 2026 13:00:00 +0000 /a1-ecosystem-free-to-full/ The A1Ai ecosystem is designed to grow with your business, not ahead of it. You start with a chatbot that costs nothing, and you move up the ladder only when you are ready — each step adding more of the platform and more of the work we handle for you.

One ecosystem, one clear path

Plenty of software asks you to pick an expensive plan on day one and hope you grow into it. We built the ecosystem the other way around. There are four tiers, and they line up as a simple path: begin free, prove the value, and upgrade only when the next level will clearly pay for itself.

The whole ladder is anchored by one engine — your chatbot — and everything above it builds on that same foundation. That means upgrading never means starting over. Your knowledge, your contacts, and your history carry forward as you climb. Here is how the four tiers stack up.

Basic: your free chatbot, free forever

The Basic tier is $0, forever. It is the free AI chatbot that sits on your WordPress site, connects to OpenAI or Anthropic with your own key, answers visitors from your real business facts, and stores every conversation so nothing is lost.

We call the chatbot the engine for a reason. It is genuinely useful on its own, and it is also the piece everything else plugs into. Many owners run Basic for weeks or months before they upgrade, and that is exactly how it is meant to work. You can read more about it on our AI chatbot page.

Workspace Connector: unlock the platform for $99 a year

When the chatbot has earned its keep and you want the rest of your business in one place, the Workspace Connector is the next step at $99 per year. This is the tier that turns a standalone chatbot into a full command center.

The Connector opens up the Workspace platform — the WordPress connector plugin plus the desktop app — and its nine-plus connected tools: a unified inbox, a built-in CRM, a calendar, call logging, newsletter and subscriber management, social scheduling, AI content generation, and SEO checks. It also brings live knowledge sync, so your pages and pricing feed the bot automatically with no manual retraining, and Jack, the built-in AI assistant that runs on Anthropic Claude. At $99 for a full year, it is the biggest single jump in capability on the ladder.

The monthly packages: WordPress at $299 and Marketing at $399

The two monthly tiers are for owners who want more of the ongoing work handled for them, month after month, rather than doing it all themselves.

WordPress Package — $299 per month

The WordPress Package is the step up for businesses that want their WordPress presence and the tooling around it looked after on a monthly basis. It is aimed at owners who would rather their site and its day-to-day upkeep be part of a package than another job on their own plate.

Marketing Package — $399 per month

The Marketing Package sits at the top of the ecosystem: the full marketing engine. It is built for businesses that want their marketing running as a connected system — content, outreach, and the tools that tie them together — instead of a scattered set of one-off efforts. This is where the platform stops being a set of tools and starts being a working engine for growth.

Choosing your starting point

You do not need to guess which tier you will land on eventually. The honest answer for most businesses is simple: start at Basic. Put the free chatbot on your site, let it answer real customers, and watch what it does for you. When you find yourself wishing the bot could see your inbox, your calendar, and your contacts, the Workspace Connector is waiting. When you would rather hand off the monthly grind entirely, the two packages step up from there.

If you would like a team to run the whole thing for you rather than a plan you manage yourself, our done-for-you services are a separate option built for exactly that. Wherever you begin, the rule stays the same: start free, upgrade when you are ready.

Introducing the A1 Ai Digital Workspace: Your Business Command Center https://a1aidigital.com/a1-introducing-workspace/ Fri, 26 Jun 2026 13:00:00 +0000 /a1-introducing-workspace/ Today we are introducing the A1Ai Workspace, the flagship platform that turns your free chatbot into a real business command center. It pulls the tools you already juggle into one connected place, so you can run your whole day without hopping between a dozen browser tabs.

Why we built the Workspace

Most small businesses run on a patchwork of apps. Your website lives in one place, your inbox in another, your contacts in a spreadsheet, and your meeting notes wherever you happened to scribble them. Every tool holds a piece of the story, but none of them talk to each other — and you are the one stuck copying details back and forth all day.

Our free chatbot solved one slice of that problem. It answers customer questions from your real business facts and saves every conversation. But a chatbot that cannot see the rest of your business can only go so far. It knows what is on your website; it does not know that the same visitor emailed you yesterday or booked a call this morning.

The Workspace closes that gap. It is built around a promise that guides everything we make: we run the AI, you run your business. Instead of asking you to become a software administrator, we put the moving parts in one command center and let the AI handle the busywork underneath.

One connector, two ways to work

The Workspace is a WordPress connector plugin plus a desktop app, and that pairing is deliberate.

The WordPress connector keeps everything wired into the site you already own. Your pages, your pricing, and your chatbot stay tied to the platform automatically, so the site remains the single source of truth for your business. Nothing gets forked off into a separate system you have to maintain by hand.

The desktop app gives you a focused command center for the work you do every day — reading messages, following up with contacts, drafting content, and checking on your marketing — without living inside your website admin screens. You get a calm, dedicated workspace instead of twenty pinned tabs. And because it builds on the free chatbot you may already run, there is nothing to rebuild from scratch and no developers to hire.

Nine plus connected tools under one roof

The Workspace wraps your chatbot in a full set of business tools, all sharing the same knowledge and the same contact records. Out of the box you get:

  • A unified inbox that brings your email into one view
  • A built-in CRM with contacts and history
  • A calendar for appointments and scheduling
  • Call logging, so conversations do not slip through the cracks
  • Newsletter and subscriber management
  • Social post scheduling for your channels
  • AI content generation for posts, pages, and campaigns
  • Built-in SEO checks
  • Live knowledge sync that keeps the AI current

Because these tools live together, a customer who emails you, books a call, and later chats on your site shows up as one person in your records — not three disconnected entries you have to reconcile later. That shared context is what makes the whole thing feel less like software and more like a well-run front desk.

Live knowledge sync: no manual retraining, ever

This is the feature we are proudest of. When you update a page or change your pricing, the Workspace syncs those facts straight into the chatbot’s brain. There is no export, no re-upload, and no sitting down to retrain a model every time something changes.

The result is that the answers your customers receive are drawn from what is true on your site right now. Change a price at breakfast, and the chatbot is quoting the new number by the time your first visitor arrives. It is the difference between a bot you have to babysit and one that simply keeps up. If you want to see where the Workspace sits alongside our other plans, our ecosystem overview lays out the full path from free chatbot to full marketing engine.

Meet Jack, and who the Workspace is for

Every command center needs someone at the desk. In the Workspace, that is Jack, the built-in AI assistant that runs on Anthropic Claude. Because Jack reads across your synced knowledge, it answers with the context of your actual business rather than generic guesses — drafting a reply, summarizing what is waiting in your inbox, or helping you pull together content while you stay in control of what goes out.

The Workspace is built for small businesses, solo owner-operators, and agencies alike. If you run a single shop, it becomes your one place to work. If you are an agency, each client can run as its own Workspace account, so every account keeps its own knowledge, contacts, and history cleanly separated. And you can start free and upgrade when you are ready — the command center grows with you, not ahead of you.
