Terms of Service (Google OAuth Application Terms)

Google Verification Notice: These Terms of Service are provided for users of A1Ai Digital Workspace and to support Google OAuth app verification for services available at a1aidigital.com.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A1Ai Digital Workspace (the “Service”), provided by A1Ai Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Description of Service

A1Ai Digital Workspace is a productivity and automation platform that may integrate with your Google account and related services to support business workflows, including email workflows, file/report handling, spreadsheet operations, calendar scheduling, and performance insights.
Some features may require a valid license and a compatible WordPress or web environment.

3) Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You represent that you have authority to use any Google account or workspace data you connect to the Service.
You are responsible for:

• maintaining account and credential confidentiality,
• limiting unauthorized access to your systems,
• all activities that occur under your connected accounts.

You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

4) Google API and Acceptable Use

When you connect Google services via OAuth, you authorize us to access data required to provide requested features.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights,
• send spam, malware, or abusive content,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
• misuse Google APIs or violate Google API terms/policies.

You acknowledge your use of the Service must remain compliant with applicable Google API terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5) Fees, Licenses, and Restrictions

Use of A1Ai Digital Workspace may require a paid subscription or license. Pricing, billing cycle, and any renewal terms are provided at purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• fees are non-refundable,
• licenses are non-transferable,
• unauthorized sharing/resale of software, keys, or access is prohibited.

6) Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including disclosures related to Google API data handling and Limited Use compliance.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by A1Ai Digital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted, no license or ownership rights are transferred to you.

8) Service Availability and Modifications

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including to maintain security, improve functionality, or comply with legal requirements.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A1Ai Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1Ai Digital and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal/security risk, or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive (including payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms).

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A1Ai Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on a1aidigital.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
